Wilson Associates was founded in mid-2002 as a boutique executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of Chief Financial Officers and those positions typically reporting directly to the CFO, as well as senior executives in the Financial Services industry. The latter includes commercial banks, investment banks, asset managers, brokerages and non-bank financial institutions.
